Two problems related to equipment have been reported for the 2004 Subaru Outback. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Purchased this car listed in iaa website as having $68,000. 00 miles, this week my mechanic told me that the car had $220,000. 00 miles. I just checked carfax unfortunately that is a odometer rollback.
Drivers door started smoking and flaming. I pulled the part of door/armrest holding the window/mirror/lock controls and was able to pull over and blow out flames before fire spread.
