general problems of the 2017 Subaru Outback

The contact owns a 2017 Subaru Outback. The contact stated that while the daughter was sitting inside the vehicle the front glass windshield suddenly began to crack. The crack extended approximately sixteen inches from the drivers side to the passenger side of the glass. The contact indicated that no objects or rocks had made contact with the vehicle to cause the cracking to occur. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 50,000.
