The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA campaign number: 19v297000 (electrical system). The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who determined the failure was due to the ignition. The contact called the local dealer and was informed that there was no recall coverage for the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, opened a case, but no additional assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.
