My whole electric system is not working. Climate control raidio heated seats anything electric.
This car was shaking at a speed of 60 miles. After taking it to check in seattle's carter Subaru washington five times, the car became vibrating at a speed of 40 miles. A day after it departure, it was shipped to tampa florida because of my university. Upon receipt the car was oil-free, and all the safety lights were caught. The car started to vibrate, and there was no longer enough capacity to push and the tires began to fall. Mastro Subaru refused to fix the problem except by paying money. After research, I discovered that this car is not the only one and that this is a common problem in all cars of this type. The problem is that there is many recalls in this car one of them it is (vdc) vehicle dynamic control. Now the car so dangerous to drive, I parked the car and no money to do anything. Please I need help , I have three kids.
Tl- the contact owns a 2008 Subaru Tribeca. The contact stated that the vehicle had an extreme vibration and that the suspension was unstable in the front and the rear. The contact had difficulty driving the vehicle over 15 mph. The independent mechanic balanced the tires and the failure continued. The independent mechanic had been unable to replicate and diagnose the failure so they provided no solution as the condition continued to get worse. The mechanic was unable to retrieve a fault code and the contact was informed that the vehicle operated as intended. The contact stated that the vehicle was then taken to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the vehicle dynamic control (vdc) g-sensor was improperly installed. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 08v645000 (electronic stability control). The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted or notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 108,000. Ah.
The traction control light never goes off. Sometimes it may go off if the car is hot, such as during summer when the temperature outside is over 75f.
Driving car and it jolted, shift gear lights went out and all lights came on dash board, att-oil temp, cruise control, check engine light, and slippery when wet light, car lost power down to 2-5 miles per hour. Thought it was transmission had it looked at twice by capitol transmission in hartford, they found nothing wrong with the transmission. Then the lights went away drove it again for a week it jolted again and lights back on again. Took it to gabe's tyre (cousin) he replaced the oil pressure gage thinking it was that since they had another issue with a Subaru similar with my issue, and that did not correct the problem with my car. He suggested I take to the dealership. Could not drive to the canton Subaru too far so drove it to premier Subaru in watertown, CT. They have had my car since sept. 9th. They have spoken with Subaru of America to help them try to figure out the issue with the electrical short, they have replaced the 2 different big expensive parts costing me $2, 300 after Subaru kicked in $500 to help defray the cost because original cost was $2950. I picked up car last night drove it less than 3 miles and it jolted again in the middle of a busy road almost causing an accident and all lights came back on. I noticed the shift gear lights were never fixed. Drove car back up to dealership this morning let them know that the car is not fixed and also told them about the gear shift lights were not fixed which was in my original complaint about the car, also in my first complaint was that I have been replacing headlight bulbs since I bought the car every 3-6 months a headlight would go out. I had the heat on this morning and noticed it was scorching hot only on 75 degrees should not feel like a sauna. I don't know if this has ever happened to another Subaru car I have not been able to find any recalls on line for this. Need your help!.
I was driving 70 mph on the right most northbound lane of I-75 at mile marker 452 in florida. The road had become wet from recent rain. The rear of my car suddenly started fishtailing to the right. The fishtail evolved into full-blown counterclockwise spins which took the car all the way to the guardrail in the middle shoulder. The impact resulted in the car being totaled. I believe a defect with the abs, electronic stability control system or the all wheel drive caused the accident. The road was perfectly straight, and I didn't apply the brakes or make any sudden steering changes. I reported the incident to Subaru and asked for an investigation of the wrecked car. Despite three letters and a complete report, the company refused to inspect the car.
