1 Tire problem of the 2003 Suzuki Aerio

Failure Date: 05/09/2009

The reason is that I bought one used good year tire but I just run on high way for few miles only it was seriously flat on last Saturday (may 9, 2009). I did not know why an inferior tire would be sold in the store, when I purchased it seems very good like a new good year tire, and I was noticed I need to pay for replace it. I noticed the inside of the tire something was melted---a flimsy piece of material. Could your office investigate those problems, because if those tires were equipped to the front of the cars would cause serious problems on the high way?. Could you investigate why they have/sell those inferior tires? the used tire store information: affordable tire & wheels; 12099 ballaire blvd, houston, TX 77072. Wenluo zhang.

I am writing in reference to tire debris being left in the middle of new york's highways. These situations create hazardous road conditions and should be handled by the local governmental agencies. Today, I was traveling on 495 going west and a huge tire was left in the middle lane, I was not able to swerve so it created damage to my vehicle of which I am seeking to b e compensated. Please contact me regarding this matter. Thank you.

I bought my 2005 Suzuki Aerio a year ago, brand new with only 500 miles on it. In 9 months with only 21,000 miles on it, I have had to replace 3 sets of brakes on the vehicle and a whole new set of tires.

6 Tire problem of the 2006 Suzuki Aerio

Failure Date: 07/17/2006

Car purchased 8/17/05 in CT. Owner moved to tallahasse 8/25/05. Routine maintenance performed at tallahassee Suzuki dealer. Owner moved to miami Jan 06. Flat tire noticed 8/16/06 and lack of tread on both rear tires. Car taken to Suzuki dealer in miami on 7/17/06 for repair & explanation. Dealer says tires were not rotated by tallahassee Suzuki dealership during routine maintenance. Owner trusted dealer to perform routine servicing and assumed anything necessary was done. Suzuki blaming owner for lack of rotation! car also taken to yokahama tire dealer on 7/17/06 who wrote letter confirming tires not defective. Yokahama told owner that the 2005 Suzuki aereo has problems with excessive rear tire wear. A VIN check, which confirms there is a bulletin on this, but Suzuki avoiding this issue and blaming owner! owner offered a free alignment if owner purchases new tires. Issue of why the tread is gone on a new car is being ignored. Suzuki also ignoring problem with dealer in tallhassee not performing tire rotation, and blaming owner! awaiting call from regional mgr but were told that he will support district mgr. Owner also told to drive treadless car 10 hours to tallahassee to take matter up with that dealer. Why isn't Suzuki getting involved with this? national Suzuki customer service not advocating for owner, only protecting Suzuki. The car is going back to miami dealership today 7/18/06 for futher inspection which was only offered after owner refused to leave until treated fairly. Not only is Suzuki ignoring a lack of dealership servicing, and blaming owner, but they are ignoring bigger issue which is that the car is causing excessive rear tire wear!.

Failure Date: 03/01/2006

8 Tire problem of the 2004 Suzuki Aerio

Failure Date: 01/23/2006

My rear alignment is off so in October of 2005 I took it in to get fixed as my rear tires appeared to be wearing at an unusual rate and pattern. Problem was said to be in some Suzuki Aerio's but was said to be fixed. The specs were off and had to be reset and rear tires warranted. On January 5th I took car in to get oil changed and rotation of tires. They would not rotate as back tires were worn and they told me to take it back where I got it fixed the previous time. On January 20th rear alignment fixed again and this time they had to bend something (a strut ?) in order to get the specs right on the car. I went off the road when I returned home and went into a ditch. No damage. Then on January 31th new tires put on the front and old ones rotated to the back. The old ones were from October and were in excellent condition per Suzuki dealership. The tires are again worn to the point of unsafe. I can not drive on dry roads without having a problem. This has become a safety defect and the only way to correct it is for me to buy new tires every month. The tires worn down completely from excellent to should not be driving on them in 2,000 miles and just over a month.
