The contact owns a 2004 Suzuki Forenza. While driving 45 mph, the contact crashed into the side of another vehicle. The vehicle sustained moderate damages and none of the air bags deployed. She called the dealer to determine the cause of the failure, but was referred to her insurance agency. The contact has a copy of the police report and pictures of the failed incident. The failure and current mileages were 43,000.
The vehicle was traveling at 55 mph when all of a sudden the engine shut down on its own. The air bag check light immediately turned on after this occurred. Manufacturer will be contacted by consumer.
