2 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

The contact owns a 2005 Suzuki Forenza. While driving 40 mph, the contact rear ended another vehicle. The front air bags failed to deploy in both vehicles. The contact was not wearing her seat belt and struck the steering wheel. The steering wheel bent into the dashboard and struck the windshield. Both vehicles were destroyed and a police report was filed. The contact sustained facial abrasions, chipped teeth, cuts, and bruises. She did not know what injuries the driver and passenger received in the other vehicle. The rear ended vehicle struck another vehicle, which sustained minor damage. 5 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

Failure Date: 09/11/2006

: the contact stated the frontal and side air bags did not deploy for both front seats when involved in a collision. While the vehicle was traveling 10 mph, it was struck on the front left side. The road conditions were clear and dry. There were two persons injured. The driver sustained injuries to the head, neck, chest and back. The passenger sustained injuries to the neck, knee and stomach injuries. Both wore seat belts and were taken to the hospital. A police report was taken. The vehicle was towed to an impound and pictures were taken.

6 Air Bag Not Deploy problem
