While driving, all 4 tires malfunctioned. Dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem. Bridgestone, 235/60r16.
Driveline vibration at over 57 mph. 24,000 miles. Dealer says there is nothing wrong, its normal for that vehicle! looking at it on lift for a hour, checked tire pressure, says everything is normal. There is a droning type noise definitely driveline related, any passenger with their eyes closed can tell when you are going over 57 mph. Either driveshaft problems or transmission, transfer case, rear end problem. Original tires hydroplaning at 24,000 miles. Had to replace tires, also alignment was off vehicle pulls to side. Second dealer also says there is no problem.
Tire has extreme wear and cupping, very dangerous to drive on, however, bridgstone/firestone refuses to warranty defective tire and my vehicle has no front-end alignment problems.
Current tires have insufficient wear ratings to carry passenger load. Current tires are bridgestone (p235/70r16) with a rating of 300. Consumer feels that rating on tires should be 400 to 450. Dealer has informed consumer that pressure should be lowered to 28 psi, consumer feels this psi is lower than it should be.
