Consumer was driving and smelled oil, vehicle started to shake very hard. Consumer was traveling about 70 mph when he finally gained control. He let vehicle to drift to the side of highway, and called tow truck. After vehicle was taken dealer, mechanic told him it was a major explosion in right front wheel bearing.

Left front wheel fell off at 70 mph. Dealer admits defective wheel bearing. Accepts no liability since it's over 36,000 mile warranty. Tire was still attached when I last saw the wheel. Wheel was never recovered.

While driving the vehicle started making a rattling noise. Upon inspection of the vehicle by the dealership they indicated that the noise was due to the tensioner going bad. The hub bearing and senor also went bad and needed to be replaced at 40,000 miles. Please provide any additional information.
