The contact owns a 2006 Suzuki Reno. While driving approximately 10 mph, there was an unexpected increase in acceleration. The brake pedal was engaged repeatedly however, the vehicle failed to slow down until the gear lever was shifted into neutral. The contact was able to resume normally. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the throttle body was replaced. The failure recurred after the repair was performed. The vehicle had not been repaired for most recent failure.
