Air Bag Not Deploy Problems of Suzuki Sidekick

Was in a frontal accident. Front end of car pretty much totaled. Airbags did not deploy, and no problems with the codes or light before this.

Consumer was traveling at approximately 35 to 40 mph under cold/ dry conditions when vehicle hit a dip in road, causing loss of control, and vehicle went over a snow bank, and impacted a tree on front center area of vehicle. Drivers and passengers air bags failed to deploy. Dealership has not given consumer any reason for cause of defect. *Suzuki was in possession of air bags, and vehicle was considered to be a total loss.

Consumer was in an accident, and air bag did not deploy.

Consumer had a head-on collision at 30mph. Smashed the front end completely, and the air bags did not deploy, as a result the driver dislocated shoulder.

While driving down highway consumer hit a patch of ice ,slid and hit the highway sliding. Air bags did not deploy , however driver was not injured.
