The contact owns a 2004 Suzuki Verona. The contact brake light was illuminated after he stepped out of the vehicle. The contact returned to the vehicle and applied pressure to the brake pedal to deactivate the light. The failure occurred intermittently and has become progressively worse over time. In addition, whenever the brakes were depressed the cruise and traction control were nonfunctional. The vehicle has not been repaired at this time. The failure mileage was 90,000.
