Fuel Pump problem #1

The contact owns a 2002 Suzuki xl-7. The contact made several attempts to start the vehicle; however, the engine failed to start. There were no prior warnings. Road side assistance was notified and the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic. The technician stated that the failure occurred and was related after the fuel pump was replaced. The contact is aware of the safety risk. The failure mileage and current mileages were 112,630.

Gasoline Fuel System problem #2

I was pulling into my garage and I had my foot on the brake not the accelerator pedal. The engine surged and pulled my truck into the front wall of my garage resulting in body damage to the hood and front bumper. After hitting the wall, the wall being what stopped me, my truck came back down to a normal idle. At this point, the brake pedal was able to be pushed all the way to the floor and after the incident my power windows were malfunctioning. The windows would not roll down, but made a very loud clicking noise when we would press the button to roll them down. My truck has been to two different dealers on more than 3 occasions for this problem. They are unwilling to fix anything. However, last time I had my truck in for this problem, the service manager told me that Suzuki was aware of the problem, but did not consider it to be a safety issue. Therefore, they are not offering any sort of solution to me at this time. I would like to add that I had my 5 year old daughter in the vehicle with me at the time of the accident.
