One problem related to brake disc rotor has been reported for the 2003 Suzuki XL7. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving at 35 mph consumer depressed the brakes and the pedal went to the floor. Vehicle never slowed down. Consumer eventually had to use the emergency brakes to stop the vehicle. Dealer replaced the pads and the rotors, but the problem recurred.
