general problems of the 2003 Suzuki XL7

On December 31, 2003, the 2003 Suzuki xl-7 with 6301 miles was driven by owner's mother, maxine martin, on hwy 95 in coeur d'alene, idaho. As driver was approaching stop light, she applied the brake at which time the car engine accelerated very fast. In order to avoid a rear end collison with the car ahead, the driver swerved into other lane hitting a state of idaho pickup. There was damage to both vehicles and the Suzuki driver was cited for improper lane change. Suzuki driver had slight injury to back. Car being taken to Suzuki dealer on Friday 1/2/2004.
