Accelerator Stuck Problems of Suzuki XL7

The contact owns a 2008 Suzuki Xl7. The contact stated the accelerator pedal became stuck and he had to place his foot under the pedal in order to lift it up. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer and was told that they were unable to duplicate the failure. The contact was concerned because the failure occurred without a warning. The contact also stated the air conditioner in the vehicle stopped working when the accelerator started sticking. The VIN was unknown. 2004 Suzuki Xl7. The accelerator pedal is sticking on 2004 Suzuki Xl7. When I applying the brakes it picks up speed. This happened several times before. Contacted dealership and manufacturer, and had VIN checked. They stated there had not been any recalls on this vehicle. Consumer's vehicle hit neighbor's post which the consumer repaired, but no one was injured. The neighbors called the police and a police report was taken. The consumer reported the accident t insurance company. There was no forewarning that this was going to happen. The vehicle was sitting in the driveway and just took off.
