After coming to a full stop in traffic behind another vehicle, attempt normal acceleration to continue in traffic flow. Vehicle speed then stalls at under 25 mph with rpms greater than 3. 5 and engine roaring. Pulled over to curb and parked. With vehicle in park , revved engine to over come stall. When taking vehicle out of park it jumped forward and rear ended the vehicle in front.
