The contact stated that the parking brake was able to move around freely prior to engaging the vehicle into gear. Tesla (50 edwards court, burlingame, California 94010, (650) 342-1176) was made aware of the failure, as well as NHTSA campaign number: 17v260000 (parking brake) and stated that the oem tires must be re-installed on the vehicle before the recall repair could be performed.
