One problem related to back up lights has been reported for the 2016 Tesla Model S. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
No audio with turn signals. Animation worked on screens, and turn signals were actually working, just no audio. Checked all exterior lights and all worked including backup and brake lights. After reboot of the mcu1 audio worked.
