The contact owns a 2021 Tesla Model Y. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the horn was inoperable unless extreme pressure was applied. The dealer was made aware of the failure and sent a Tesla associate to the contact's residence to inspect the horn; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired.
