The contact owns a 2023 Tesla Model Y. The contact stated while attempting to make a left turn, she became aware that electric power steering (eps) system had failed. The eps warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not yet diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was opened. After investigating the failure, the contact related the failure to NHTSA campaign number: 18v204000 (steering) however, the VIN was not included. The failure mileage was 2,000.
