Two problems related to seats have been reported for the 1997 Toyota 4Runner. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The bolts and nuts that attach the front seats to the car rust over time and eventually break.
Metal where bolts connect to the seats have come through, causing seat to wobble when accelerating. Dealer has been notified.
