The contact owns a 2000 Toyota 4runner. While engaging the accelerator pedal at a low speed of approximately 5 mph in a parking space, the vehicle suddenly accelerated and crashed into a vehicle. The vehicle also accelerated into an intersection and crashed into a second vehicle and shut off.
