This has happened 4 times. Once at stop sign, twice on highway slowing down for red light and once in a drive thru. All was in motion. Haven't had to dealer yet because of coronavirus scare. Date below is estimate of last time it happened. Nothing to back this problem up but my word.
Tl-the contact owns a 2013 Toyota 4runner. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 60 mph, the vehicle started jerking and the gas pedal was depressed but the vehicle did not accelerate. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the throttle emission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The failure mileage was approximately 49,000. The VIN was unavailable. Sg.
