Side/rear Glass problems of the 1996 Toyota Avalon

Failure Date: 02/15/2001

Consumer was traveling and passenger's rear side window shattered for no reason. There were no tree or traffic traveling on that side. Consumer will be contacting dealer. Please add VIN# to form.

2 Side/rear Glass problem

Failure Date: 05/29/1996

While driving on smotth, well traveled, paved road right rear door window shattered with pieces across back seat and in the street.
