Tl the contact owns a 2009 Toyota Avalon. While driving 45 mph in the dark, the headlights and the instrument panel lighting turned off. While driving during dark hours , the headlights go off or just driver side headlight go off at some time . I have to turn it off and back on by switch attach to sterling .
