Vanity mirror fell off driver's side visor. The mirror had only been used to a minimal degree--once a month or less in the 20 months since purchase. A short time after, visor hinge became loose. Toyota said plastic hinges were worn and entire visor needs to be replaced at a cost of over $200. 00 for parts and labor. Clearly the parts used in the visor hinge and to attach the vanity mirror to the visor are defective. There is a possibility that either part could dislodge while driving causing at the very least a distraction to the vehicle operator that could lead to an accident. Mr.
