Additionally, the contact stated that when sitting in the driver's seat, it would feel as though the springs were protruding into her back and causing pain. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where she was advised that the vehicle was not included in any recalls. The vehicle was not repaired. In addition, the air bag warning light sporadically illuminated over a two year span. The contact was concenred that in teh case of air bag deployment, the chemicals in the air bag would affect her asthma. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

The contact moved the seat forward inch by inch in order to adjust the seat. The seat became stuck in one position and can no longer be adjusted. The manufacturer was notified of the defect. The drivers side seat rocks when accelerating, and Toyota has a tbs for the 1999 model, but it doesnt cover my car, made in 9/99. They refuse to replace or fix the rocking chair, and I feel that it will eventually fail while driving. Please help with this problem.
While driving an accident occurred, vehicle was hit from behind. Impact broke driver's seat in which the back laid horizontally. Also, airbag did not deploy. Please provide any further information.
