Wheel vibration at 60-65 mph. Tires balanced 3 times and checked for run out. Original tires replaced with michelin. Problem improved but steering wheel vibrates side to side. Suspension noise from right front end when going over speed bumps, accelerating from a stop and after making left turns. Hear gas movement from fuel tank when tank is full and accelerating from a stop or going over speed bumps. Dealers say car perform to specs. Currently in the pre-arbitration stage with Toyota.
Ongoing problem with a clunking sound coming from rear of vehicle. Noticed clunking sound would appear intermittently below a half of tank of fuel, and always between half and almost full tank of fuel. Dealer notified, and believed the problem was in the suspension. Repairs made , but problem still occurring. Vehicle was taken in to dealer on another occasion, and consumer was informed that nothing could be done. Manufacturer notified, and informed consumer that no solution could be found.
The rear suspension makes noises at low speeds. The vehichle has been to the dealer six times and the struts have been replaced twice.
