We went on a Toyota Camry chat line and discovered many many other owners with the identical problem. The vehicle had only 28000 mis. With the first repair and 34,000 with the second and larger repair. It sounds like this is a problem with a large number of Camrys. Should there be a recall?.

I am not getting the miles per gallon expected. I have a 4 cylinder and I am only getting 16-19 miles per gallon in the city, and around 27-28 highway. I got better gas mileage with my 6 cylinder intrigue.

The vehicle is also difficult to stop on icy conditions because the engine is trying to race. Consumer believes that this vehicle is not achieving the specified fuel mileage per gallon. The mpg for this particular vehicle are 27 highway 22 city. This vehicle, a combination of 19 mpg.
