The contact owns a 2007 Toyota Camry. While driving 65 mph, a loud clunking noise was heard from the steering column. The steering wheel vibrated without warning. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the vehicle was consuming approximately 3/4 quarts of oil. In addition, the dealer stated that the vehicle may need a new engine because of the rapid oil consumption. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was 59,600.
2007 Toyota Camry. Consumer states problems with the steering wheel shaking while driving and the tire pressure sensor staying on. She also states that the sun visor flips down while the vehicle is in motion. The consumer stated after the tire pressure monitoring system was reset. But, it light illuminated again.
