The contact owns a 2007 Toyota Camry. The vehicle came equipped with a key that will not open the trunk. The trunk can still open with the automatic key pad. The contact feels that if the trunk is locked with a key, it should only be able to open with a key and not the key pad. The dealer offered to unhook the key pad feature, however, no repair was made.
