general problems of the 2009 Toyota Camry

The seat belt does not say fastened in the receptacle. It comes out while driving.

When accelerating from a stop the seat goes back and clicks in. When coming to a stop the seat slides forward. The action is repeated constantly. I brought the vehicle in and the dealer told me it was a worn track. They said it would cause $2054. To repair and charged me $65. 16.

There is an email where my boss explains its not a serious safety issue.
