The contact owns a 2011 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the transmission began leaking fluid and the vehicle became inoperable. The manufacturer was notified of the failure who advised the contact to have the vehicle towed to the dealer for repairs. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who advised the contact that the transmission was cracked from a stone and that the vehicle would have to be repaired at the contact's expense.
