When turning left right steering makes a cracked noise.
During driving or from a stop the car hesitates to accelerate. On the dash board the rpm meter displays a jerking motion as well as the car physically. Usually occurs while driving long distances and when outside temperature is above 85f.
The batter has been bad since the beginning. Even the original battery would right away leak and leave a lot of residue. My car since the beginning has told me there is something wrong with the power system. But Toyota keeps insisting that it’s just a random message. And that they don’t know why it says it. It’s concerning because I constantly need to get a new battery. The other thing is that. When I unlock my car. Either the passenger side or the drivers side doesn’t lock or unlock. It’s mostly scary for me because there are times that I’m not in the safest area and I struggle to open it manually. I also have a few other friends that have the same car as I do and same year and they are also having the same problem. And the third thing is the ac system just decided to only work when it wants to. It seems like it’s a faulty system.
I been experiencing unintended acceleration on the highway maybe about 3 to 5 hours into driving. The car jerks and picks up speed a few miles per hour. As you can see in the attached photo. I have many attempts with the dealer to take a look at it but the problem hasn't been duplicated. The car also has a sluggish take off intermittently and you can hear the transmission dragging at times. I also have video footage and more photos. The vehicle dashboard also gives incorrect speed ratings.
