Airbag breaks.
The contact owns a 2022 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle, the message "srs air bag malfunction detected" was displayed. The air bag warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related the failure to NHTSA campaign number: 23v865000 (air bags); but the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 59,000.
Undone: been fraudulently mislead and charged by Toyota dealership: rudy luther and collision center for srs airbag and intentionally violated safety regulations and adherence towards critical procedures and protocols for handling consumer safely and effectively communicate. We have reasonably concluded this was not an accident and effective decision for all involved parties; however I would like to handle this matter in a correct manner as I am concerned as a conscience consumer who would like to be treated with respect and courtesy both ways.

My vehicle was a total lose after hitting a curb and all air bags literally exploded cause the driver to lose total control of the vehicle which also caused injuries to a passenger with lacerations on the hand caused by figments of some sort coming out of the airbags I dont understand why when my vehicle was teabond my airbags d never deployed but than when I merely ran into a curb all airbags literally exploded and caused my vehicle to suffer a total lose along with passengers suffered severe lacerations from metal shards coming out of the air bags.
My car was struck by another car that was traveling at a high speed. It hit my front fender, the side of the front bumper, and drivers door. I slammed into the door. The car was inspected by police and insurance representatives. The car was deemed a total loss but none of the airbags deployed in the crash. There were no warnings or signs of failure prior to the crash.

The contact stated that he had neck and back injuries and whiplash. He said he had no broken bones. The contact stated that his insurance provider told him that the vehicle had been towed to an impound lot and was declared a total loss. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
