Service Brakes problem #1

I turned into a restaurant’s parking lot, found a spot and slowly drove into the lot, I eased off the gas pedal and gently applying the brake as the lot has a slight downward slope. When I reach the chunk (the parking block), I added more force to the brake, but I felt the brake pedal just sank, and the car lurched ahead, jumped over the chunk, and stopped at the curb which startled me. After I recovered, I put the car in reverse to return it to the right position (back up from the overrun chunk), everything seemed back to normal condition after that. Luckily, all occupants were unhurt, airbag was not deployed. I inspected the car after parking properly, there didn’t seem any visible damage to the vehicle, although I couldn’t see the chassis system which I believed must had a few scratches on the underside. The technician failed to update/recalibrate the on-board warning system since last time I had the serviced at dealer, mainly for oil change on 3/14/2025. So, every time I turned on the engine, there is a warning message displayed "maintenance required visit your dealer". This happened since the day after oil change. I thought it was the carelessness or absent- mindedness of the technician, so, I just ignored it. But don't know that has anything to do with this incident.

Service Brakes problem #2

Airbag breaks.

Service Brakes problem #3

I was driving close to a vehicle and brake sensor came on when I got too close. I was braking before sensor initiated and after the sensor appeared my brakes no longer were stiff and I heard rattling from brakes and felt loose/unable to brake properly. This has happened twice since the first incident and I only have issues when brake sensor appears.

Service Brakes problem #4

Brake booster failed almost making it almost impossible to stop the vehicle 1/17/.

Service Brakes problem #5

I was driving down a steep hill with two curves. Shortly before the first curve near the top of the hill I attempted to decelerate by pressing the brake pedal. There was no response whatsoever. I tried a couple times then realized that I had to do something different. I put the car into neutral and then actually reverse and nothing happened. I didn't hear the engine change or anything. I tried the e-parking brake to no avail. I then tried the power button for a few seconds. All the while hitting the brakes. By this time I was near the first big curve and had to steer. Given the terrain I didn't think I could drive onto a curb. After the second curve I was in the oncoming lane and noted a car coming up the hill towards me. I was able to change lanes and pump the brakes once or twice more as I got to the bottom of the hill at a high rate of speed. I plowed through the t intersection and through a guardrail overlooking the a steep drop off to the farmland below and a ditch. Evidently I rolled the car at least once before coming to a stop and notifying emergency responders. The car is currently at the usaa lot waiting for an inspection by someone (figuring out who to engage). There was a general warning light on when I started the car shortly before the accident. I assumed it was due to condensation on cameras preventing the rear cross traffic sensors. The light went off when put into drive and I didn't have any other symptoms.

Service Brakes problem #6

I don’t have any incidents.
