Tire problem #1

Dear bridgestone customer care team, I am contacting you regarding factory-installed bridgestone turanza tires, size 235/45r18, on a 2025 Toyota Camry. Despite normal use and routine maintenance, the tires have experienced extreme premature tread wear: at 20,000 miles: three tires 4/32”, one tire 3/32” at 25,000 miles: three tires 3/32”, one tire 2/32” (unsafe) bridgestone turanza tires are advertised as long-life touring tires (50,000–65,000 miles expected). Reaching unsafe tread depth at only 25,000 miles is far below expectations. I am requesting a prorated replacement or reimbursement based on remaining tread life. Please advise if you require additional documentation or inspection. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.
