When the screen goes blank while driving, I lose access to navigation, vehicle settings, and other safety-related features, which increases the risk of distraction and potential accidents. There are no warning lamps, error messages, or symptoms prior to the failure and it occurs suddenly. I reported the issue to my Toyota dealership, and they acknowledged it as a factory issue, but I have not been given a timeline for a fix, which has been very frustrating. The vehicle is still available for inspection upon request. I have also seen numerous reports online from other 2025 Camry owners experiencing the same issue, which suggests this may be a widespread defect.
