Service Brakes problem #3

Maintenance light came on and gave it for service at Toyota dealership in fremont on 11/12/2017. They performed a 60,000 miles major service. Three days later, major break failure on 11/15/17. Toyota dealership and Toyota manufacturer refused to take responsibility. This is caused by replacing the break fluid and this is not necessary at 60,000 miles service. The car is at the Toyota dealership and they are asking for $4,000 to fix it. I read the consumer report and this is a known problem. Toyota should take full responsibility to fix this problem.
