Tl - the contact owns a 1999 Toyota Corolla. While driving 30 mph she opened the window on the driver side of the vehicle and the window closed. The electric window motor was repaired; however, the identical failure has recurred. The vehicle has not been repaired a second time. Driver and passenger side windows malfunctioned and the door handle sheared off. Consumer took vehicle to dealer for inspection, and the mechanic informed the consumer that this vehicle was not covered under a recall due to vehicle identification number.
