Watched 20/20 may 9th 2008 about how to check for production date on tires. Checked date on tires may 10th 2008. Date is removed or buffed off of two front tires! the circle where the numbers are supposed to be is still on the tire but the date has been removed. Two front tires were bought April 22nd 2008. (I still have the receipt).
: the contact stated while driving on normal road conditions the tire wall became totally detroyed presenting slashes three inches long in the side walls. The tire was beyond repair. The same incident occurred one year prior.
