On 7-19-05 consumer's vehicle was involved in an accident. During the accident the seat belt disconnected, and the steering wheel locked in the down position, and it knocked the steering wheel upward while it was still locked. The consumer sustained injuries, including whip-lash, shaking, and a concussion. The consumer refused to go to the hospital. A police report was taken because consumer's vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle, causing it to hit another vehicle.
