2007 Toyota Corolla - power steering unit leaks bad rack-n-pinion unit after one year of driving and 37k miles. Toyota would not honor repairs since I was over warranty by 1k - even though it was noticed one month prior and before the 36k mark. They said since I didn't service it at Toyota they would not address it.
