The contact owns a 2008 Toyota Corolla. While driving 25 mph, the front driver's side tire and rim completely separated from the vehicle. The driver lost control of the vehicle and it spun out of control. The rim was made of aluminum alloy and one of the spokes failed, which caused a chain reaction with the rest of the spokes.
