Stationary/parked driver's seat - an internal structure of the seat has broken, allowing a sharp, rigid steel piece to protrude from the back of the seat into the passenger area. This piece of steel has cut two of our children on the legs as they were exiting the vehicle. (one injury occurred in June 2016, Toyota notified of problem in July 2016. Second injury occurred on 11/11/2016. Toyota again notified. ).
