Tl-the contact owns a 2017 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that while stationary and driving various speeds, the driver's side rear seat would not latch to the floorboard and became loose. In addition, the passenger's side rear seat adjustment latch fractured. Hendrick Toyota of wilmington, north carolina was made aware of the failures but could not duplicate them. Furthermore, the contact replaced the battery on the vehicle shortly after purchasing it. Kendall Toyota of miami, florida was made aware of the series of failures as well. The vehicle was not repaired by the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failures. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
