1 Warnings problem

Failure Date: 03/14/2022

I was traveling on the interstate home from work one night, I was kinda tired, I put on my turning signal to let the person behind me know I was getting in the right lane know when all of a sudden a car sped by, the blind spot warnings didn’t come on at all, as a matter of fact I only saw them appear only twice since I had this car and they haven’t been on since and I’ve had this car for a week and two days, that’s an accident waiting to happen.

2 Warnings problem

Failure Date: 04/16/2021

Driving through an intersection when a car turned left in front of me at the intersection. Speed was approximately 35-45 when collision occured. The front of my car hit the side of their car. After crash dash showed pcs malfunction see dealer no airbags deployed and seat belt did not lock up. Car was deemed totalled at 50k miles. I have whiplash and moderate back injuries. Car was taken in for recall on 3/28/2021.
