The contact stated that the lane departure warning indicator was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to glen Toyota (located at 23-07 maple Ave, fair lawn, NJ 07410, (201) 791-3800), but they could not duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 75,000.
