Tl-the contact owns a 2010 Toyota Fj Cruiser. The contact stated that while driving at 35 mph, another vehicle was making a left turn. As a result, the contact crashed into the front passenger side of the vehicle and the driver's side air bag deployed but was deflated. The passenger side air bag also deployed. The contact sustained neck, head, spine, hand and knee injuries. The passenger sustained back injuries that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed.
